Steven Forster
Steven founded Lyticly in 2018 and leads its delivery. He has over 15 years in federal-government ICT and analytics, and still works hands-on across the full lifecycle: requirements, solution design, build, integration, migration, assurance and operational support. His recent work spans air-gapped open-source analytics platforms inside controlled government networks, condition-based maintenance analytics for large equipment fleets, and bi-directional ERP integration. He pairs that engineering depth with the governance and discretion that regulated environments demand.

Behind Steven is a close-knit group of senior engineers, analysts and platform specialists, most with years of experience delivering in regulated government settings. Between them they cover the full lifecycle: building reliable data pipelines, designing analytics and dashboards, developing cloud-native applications, and operating secure, containerised platforms.
